After Sales Service

Since 2001, IFC has implemented the after-sale service system. The operators may choose between procurement of the service and independent provision of the required training, repair and regulations, logistic support for the Russian Tu-204 and Il-96 aircrafts.

IFC forms and ensures the guaranteed “before and in” technical maintenance in the process of the aircrafts operation, and offers solutions to air companies during the warranty and post-warranty periods, in the following directions:  

• Training and retraining of air crews and technical personnel;
• Spare parts provision;
• Ground equipment provision;
• Engineering;
• Continuous information support from design bureaus and manufacturing plants. 

As the works coordinator, IFC set to organization of the entire list of the after-sale service for An-148 and Tu-204 aircrafts (with two-pilot flight deck) in Russia, including air crew and technical personnel training center, the technical base and logistic centers. This after-sale service system, first of all, must ensure the following operation works:

• Spare parts supply,
• Defects diagnostics and repair;
• Modernization and upgrade of air engineering;
• Claims settlement.

The main partner of IFC in organization of after-sale service in Russia and the countries to which the aircrafts are supplied is IFC Technic Close joint Stock Company.
