Export Deliveries

IFC organizes credits provision to purchasers under the Governmental program of export support in the Russian Federation.

Typical credit terms against the security of the Russian Government:

• Advance payment – 15%.
• Credit – 85% of the contract amount in Russian Roubles or foreign currency.
• Credit for the period of 12 years.
• Against the liquid security, e.g. state guarantees, first-class banks’ guarantees, aircrafts pledge.
• Interest rate under the export support program is stipulated at the level of similar export support programs of OEC countries.

Considering the long payback period of the aircrafts, the main advantage of export credits is the importer’s opportunity to receive a long-term credit covering up to 85% of the value of the export contract, under more attractive conditions that in case of commercial credit.
